Sweet and healthy. Take advantage of having it cold when it's sunny and hot. Its amazing.

 1 cup sliced mangoes
 ½ cup yoghurt
 ¼ cup milk
 ½ cup ice cubes
 ½ tbsp honey

Place the mango, milk, ice cubes, yogurt and honey in a blender.
